Project Goals and Details
No one situation is ever the same nor should it be. We start off each process with a conversation to get to know you and your goals. This is the base work for the story board of your journey.

Sign on the Line
Signing of the terms & conditions by accepting the proposed quote and contract once we finalize the project details. Relax, you made a tough descion and your dilegence will be rewarded in the weeks to come!

Payment of retainer deposit
Submit your non-refundable 50% retainer deposit. This is our way of securing your spot in the queue and ensuring you are committed to moving forward with the project.

Complete all homework
This is a collaborative process—we need your input just as much as you’ll rely on us for design and deliverables. Completing questionnaires and any other homework ensures we have a solid foundation to start your project.

Put your ducks in a row
Know your stuff and have it ready. No matter what project we are working on, having all your content and business details ready to go is a must. You’ve gotta do the heavy lifting up front—but the results are worth flexing for.

Project Launch
This is where all the work happens. At all times we will need to be open and clear with communication so we are on the same page and everyone is comfortable with the process.

Completed Project
Tears of joy abound! Your completed design is released and delivered to you after the remainder of the payment is complete. Drinks and party hats are passed around as we all cheers in celebration!
