Frequently Asked Questions
Q
How soon can I get a logo and a website?
A
We take a limited number of projects per year to ensure we can best serve our clients well. We will schedule your project at our soonest availability. Once your project launches it will take approximately 6-8 weeks in most instances to complete the project. Some projects take longer but we aim to work as quickly and efficiently as possible so we can serve as many great clients as possible.
Q
Is my retainer deposit refundable?
A
All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue, scheduling in proper time to dedicate to your project and also ensuring you are committed to moving forward. As a result, I turn away others for your reserved time slot, so if you back out of the project you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another client.
Q
Do you offer payment plans?
A
A: We can work out a payment schedule that will work for you. Good design is an investment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q
What happens if I need to cancel the project or I’m not happy with the work?
A
Although this has yet to happen because a client wasn’t happy, there are times when clients have sudden life changes and are no longer able to complete the project as planned. Projects can be canceled but the 50% retainer fee is non-refundable.

Q
Do I have to have my content ready before the project start date?
A
Yes. You must have all content ready to go by our agreed upon start date. This may include (but is not limited to) page text and imagery for a website project, branding ready for social templates, or your business name and identified ideal target audience for branding design.
Q
I don’t have website copy and I’m not good at writing, what should I do?
A
We got you! We will staff your project with a legit copy writer (not an AI bot, ok maybe for some of the copy when it deems appropriate) and you will be part of the process, to be sure what is stated on your site/project says what it needs to say. ….Only better than how I just said it.
Q
What is a revision round?
A
A revision round is your chance to review the design and request changes—big or small—so it aligns perfectly with your vision. It’s a dedicated phase in the process where we gather your feedback, tweak the design, and make refinements based on your input. Each round allows us to move closer to the final product, and we typically include a set number of these rounds in every project to keep things clear, collaborative, and efficient.
Q
I have my own printer, can I use them to print the designs?
A
Yep, totally! Once your final design files are approved, we’ll provide you with the proper formats and specs your printer needs—just let us know their requirements upfront. We’re happy to coordinate with your printer to make sure everything runs smoothly and your designs come out looking sharp—we’re just here to make sure it all looks amazing.
Q
Are you hiring designers or photographers?
A
We would love to talk to you! If you like what we do and you feel like your talent would compliment our team, reach out to us. Let’s do lunch! (or a virtual happy hour if you aren’t local)…
